Battcol Batteries (Pty) Ltd is a registered Dealer and Distributor of Scrap Batteries which was registered in March 2015 by Mark Carter and Neels Dannhauser (Battcol Batteries (Pty) Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Battcol).

• The company was started to enable big and small traders to sell scrap batteries to an environmentally friendly company. Battcol is registered with the Dept of Home Affairs as a Hazardous Waste Storage facility and Transporter.
• Previous experience in the scrap metal business (20+ years) has ensured identification of loop holes in the market with regards to safe handling and disposal of scrap batteries.
• Battcol has a crew of 10 staff members in-house and several freelance reps on the road.
• On a monthly basis, Battcol delivers tons of scrap batteries to lead recyclers.
• Client base: 300+ all over south africa.
• Company clients: Battery retail companies, Battery Distribution companies, Cellphone Tower Service Providers, Mining companies, Scrap Metal companies etc
